Dan Fraser
Managing Director
Dan, founder of Ironside Capital, a boutique corporate advisory and capital raising firm specialising in resources, brings valuable experience from his tenure at Fortescue Metals Group, one of the world’s largest iron ore producers. Dan is also the founding Non-Executive Chairman of DingoTechnology, a specialized green recycling company focused on cleaning up the mining industry by recycling lithium tetraborate.

Michael Hunt
Chairman
Michael has 50 years of experience as a lawyer advising on mining and petroleum projects, including as a former partner at Parker & Parker (now Herbert Smith Freehills) and Blake Dawson (now Ashurst). He has held several ASX/TSX directorships, including Red Back Mining Inc., which was sold to Kinross Gold for $8bn.

Tim Scholefield
Tim has 40+ years of experience in resources and renewable energy, particularly oil, gas, and geothermal projects in the Cooper Basin, including over 16 years of experience in the reservoir that hosts the project.

Silvio Bertolli
Silvio, a chemical engineer with 40+ years of experience, has led lithium, uranium, rare
metals, and vanadium projects globally, including major lithium developments in Argentina, Mexico, Canada, and the U.S.

Adam Lloyd

Geoff Freer
Geoff, a geoscientist with 30 years of experience in oil and gas, has held senior positions in exploration and business development for multiple international operators. Geoff also holds Masters in Sustainable Energy from the University of Queensland.
